School of Animals-Birds-Humans

Going to a certain stage of age the same practice as we go to school, once started in animal birds. filled their school, Just like our school. our school has subjects like Mathematics, Science, English, in that school also there were three important subjects like flying, swimming, running.

The first bird to enter the school was a Duck. The teacher said that there are three compulsory subjects. Flying, swimming, running, duck said, our swimming is exllent, after practice running can possible, but how to fly? The teacher said, it is a compulsory subject. "Hey, it's not my natural quality" Said the duck. The teacher said, 'If you want a degree, you have to fly, and we don't have a writer/dummy, you have to take the exam.

The duck didn't know what to do. But the way of the world is that if you have to go to school, study, get a degree then you will get a job. Duck takes an admission in school. the teacher said to duck, 'don’t worry we will give you extra coaching'. He was so tired running from morning to evening. after that he could not fly back. Due to Running all year he didn’t had swimming practice, so after sitting for the exam, some how passed in running, in swimming promoted by teachers, and failed in fly.

        Then another animal named Squirrel came to the school. The teacher shared all the information. She said our running is good, but how to fly and swim? The teacher said, 'We will support you; you should do practice, everything will be fine.

She took admission, practice started, Squirrel ran to a branch of tree and from there asked the teacher below, should I jump down from the top to study your flight? The teacher said, "No, it is out of the syllabus. Flight should always be from the bottom up, not from the top down. It is not like in the books, it has to be done as it is."

        A third bird came to the school called a Parrot. After getting all the information, Parrot said, 'I don't want school, it's good outside, Raghu-Maina-Peru'. Bring him back. Principal said, ‘how can our school will be continued after students going back?’. catch him. all the teachers went to catch him. Fearing that the education authorities would come and he will disappear, they put him in a cage.

Now the parrot could not run and swim, it flew naturally but it was locked in the cage, then it discovered a new quality in the cage- “how to stay safe on a cradle", after practicing the same for a year. After practicing it till end of year, exam starts. In exam he was flew hardly and Sit tight on a branch of tree, because that's all he had learned in a cage all year.

        Another Cuckoo came to the school. The cuckoo's throat is sweet, it sings so well that the whole world is overwhelmed. She has such an indescribable quality but she is black in colour. Despite such an amazing quality, she had a flaw in her mind that we are black, our personality is not good, we do not stand out in society.

       

        The last bird named Eagle came to the school. The teacher said, 'Three compulsory subjects - flying, swimming, running’. The eagle said, 'No one can hold our hand in flying. Why should I come down? No’. Change the subject. And swimming is not enough.

        Like animals, this school affects our lives. There are so many ducks among us who pay attention to what others say except to develop their own art/natural qualities. They forget the basic meaning of education. education is a Latin word made from three words- educare, educere, educatum, finding latent qualities in students, developing them, and giving them the right platform is a zip. The three things that are zipped are called education. Due to our bad luck we have not available school which gave us this type of education. Our Engineering-medical students are suicidal because of admitting them in college without knowing their latent qualities. Japan is developing in the field of sports as well as the industrial sector as education is being imparted in the same way in Japan.

        Like Squirrel, our students are confined to the pages of a book. After teaching the lesson of P.L. Deshpande, he asks, 'What message does P.L. Deshpande give from this lesson?' So, what do we study? What does P.L. Deshpande think? Put aside what we think. We have to study Newton's Law, Ohm's Rule, Einstein’s formula for hundreds of years, thinking that the thoughts in our heads are outside the curriculum, none of us allow any research to take place, and then one day these accumulated thoughts, abilities come out somewhere in the square and tarnish our character- ‘The young generation is very bad, isn’t it?’.

Now the programming in IT Park has given us a boost in our knowledge, and everyone understands that our young generation is the smartest. Because the CEO of the world's biggest company like google is Indian.

        We have become accustomed to living a safe life like a parrot. once the degree paper was handed over, we find a government job tight and secure life out. We have made it a habit to walk the traditional path without having to venture, dare, create new shares. That’s why we are lagging behind in trade and industry.

        like a cuckoo, some of the students in our rural or urban areas are under the impression that I am from a rural area, from a simple home, I don't know English. but one thing to keep in mind is that two people, two leaves of a tree, five fingers of a hand are not the same and I have to learn to be proud that there is no one like you.

        Instead of imparting the knowledge of life freely, we are taught in a four-walled school.  If we sit through the experience, we get the knowledge of life and can fly like an eagle.  We should have the experience that even the sky will get smaller.

        The reason this situation arises today is because we mis-interpret the word. Thousands of years ago our sage-muni told us to be a scientist. Science that time did not have Physics, Chemistry, Biology. The word science means- the act of acquiring knowledge. But we set the meaning of science is save time and effort. We acquire knowledge, collect it but do not use it. No unemployed will be seen here on the day it is used. Our biggest misfortune is that we are taught painting in school but not art of biography. They teach biology but not biology of life. So, don't we want to overcome the situation we have got? So, let's try to transform the knowledge gained into science.
